Mark White

Mr. White is the former COO and CFO of SAP. Mr. Mark R. White served as the Chief Financial Officer of SAP America, Inc. Mr. White served as Chief Operating Officer of Business Operations for SAP Americas and was responsible for its shared services organizations, including Value Engineering, Solution Engineering, Industry Solutions and Sales Operations. He began his career with SAP in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer for the Americas region. He was instrumental in leading SAP Americas’ transformation over a five year period. During this period, he implemented a robust risk management process and led its compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. White received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Cincinnati.

Ronald Statile

Mr. Statile joined Riverside Management Group in 2008. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Great Lakes Carbon, LLC, a publicly traded industrial company that was sold for over $800 million in 2007. He was previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Horsehead Industries, Inc., an industrial holding company that included the largest zinc producer and recycler of hazardous waste in the United States. Earlier in his career he was a Senior Manager with Cooper and Lybrand. Mr. Statile has extensive experience in all areas of financial and administrative management including financial reporting and analysis, treasury, tax, risk management, pension, plan fiduciary and investor relations. He has led or participated in numerous financial transaction activity including acquisitions, divestitures, private and public debt financings, leasing, etc. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a M.B.A. in taxation and Finance from New York University and a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Holy Cross College and holds the series 7, 79 & 63 securities licenses.

Gerald P. Chase

Gerald P. Chase is President and Chief Operating Officer of New Castle Hotels, which owns, operates and develops hotels, conference centers and resorts in the United States and Canada under Westin, Hilton, Marriott, and Sheraton brands, as well as a number of highly distinctive independent properties. Including projects under development, New Castle Hotels currently owns and/or operates 20 hotels and resorts in 8 states and Atlantic Canada, totaling approximately 2,900 rooms, generating annual revenues of over $145 million. As President/COO Gerry is in charge of hotel and resort operations and company subsidiaries. He also coordinates all takeover activities and is extensively involved in feasibility evaluations for new projects. Gerry began his career over 30 years ago with Marriott Hotels and his background encompasses management assignments in every aspect of hotel operations. Prior to joining New Castle Hotels as a significant shareholder in 1988, Gerry has or currently participates on marketing and owners advisory committees with Starwood and Hilton. He also is a board member of HILMAC and is Chairman of the Hilton Owners Advisory committee.

William Smelas

Mr. Smelas was President of Horsehead’s EAF Dust recycling division (HRD) from 2002 – 2004. He served as President of all of Horsehead’s zinc & recycling operations (ZCA / HRD) from 1997 – 2001. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President of HRD and was an integral part of the team that developed and commercialized the EAF Dust recycling industry. Prior to his roles at HRD, Mr. Smelas held various managerial and engineering roles at the New Jersey Zinc Company including Director of Manufacturing, Manager of Production and Maintenance and Superintendent of the Roasting and Acid Department. He has extensive knowledge in manufacturing, production and engineering in the metals and chemicals industries. Mr. Smelas received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Nils A. Kindwall

Mr. Kindwall was the Vice Chairman of Freeport McMorRan, Inc. and a Director of Inmet Mining Corporation. At Freeport, Mr. Kindwall was one of the founders of Freeport Indonesia, now one of the world’s largest copper and gold deposits. He is known in the mining industry for innovative financing of new, large projects. He is also a former member of Chemical Bank’s Advisory Board and a former Director of John Wiley & Sons. Mr. Kindwall received his Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Schimmelbusch was appointed chairman of the Management Board of AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. on November 21, 2006, the date of incorporation of the Company. In November 2002 he was appointed chief executive officer of Metallurg, and since 1998 he has served as chairman of the board of Metallurg and Metallurg Holdings. Presently, Dr. Schimmelbusch also serves as non-executive chairman of the board of various companies, including Allied Resource Corporation, Wayne, Pennsylvania, United States; and PFW Aerospace, Speyer, Germany; and is a member of the board of directors of Norilsk, Moscow, Russia. Dr. Schimmelbusch is also a Managing Director and a founder of Safeguard International Fund, L.P. In the past, Dr. Schimmelbusch served as chairman of Metallgesellschaft AG from 1989 until he resigned in 1993. His directorships have included Allianz Versicherung AG, Mobil Oil AG, Teck Cominco Limited, and Methanex Corporation. Dr. Schimmelbusch received his graduate degree (with distinction) and his doctorate (magna cum laude) from the University of Tübingen, Germany.
