Todd Simon

Mr. Simon joined RMG in 2006 and has 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (and its successor, Credit Suisse), Lehman Brothers and Bank of America. Prior to joining RMG, Mr. Simon was a Managing Director at Bank of America with responsibility for initiating transactions with middle market companies and private equity groups. In addition, Mr. Simon served as COO and Director of Corporate Strategy for Location Inc., a venture backed internet media company. Presently, Mr. Simon serves as U.S. Strategy Advisor to China's CITIC Capital Partners, the exclusive private equity affiliate of CITIC Group. Mr. Simon received a BA in economics from Brandeis University and an MBA with honors from Columbia University and holds the series 7, 79 & 63 securities licenses.
