Mr. Statile joined Riverside Management Group in 2008. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Great Lakes Carbon, LLC, a publicly traded industrial company that was sold for over $800 million in 2007. He was previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Horsehead Industries, Inc., an industrial holding company that included the largest zinc producer and recycler of hazardous waste in the United States. Earlier in his career he was a Senior Manager with Cooper and Lybrand. Mr. Statile has extensive experience in all areas of financial and administrative management including financial reporting and analysis, treasury, tax, risk management, pension, plan fiduciary and investor relations. He has led or participated in numerous financial transaction activity including acquisitions, divestitures, private and public debt financings, leasing, etc. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a M.B.A. in taxation and Finance from New York University and a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Holy Cross College.
