John Crawford

Mr. Crawford joined Riverside Management Group in 2009. Most recently he was the Vice President of Mitsui Mining and Smelting Companies corporate U.S. subsidiary, a company responsible for new product market development in the U.S. and Europe, the oversight of all U.S. and European legal matters and a member of Mitsui's Corporate Planning Division. In addition Mr. Crawford was the Chairman of Mitsui's nearly $100M pension fund. He was previously the Director of HR and General Affairs of Oak-Mitsui, a copper foil manufacturing company. He was also an officer on their Board of Directors. Additionally, Mr. Crawford has experience in benefit design and implementation, corporate compliance, labor relations (union and non-union), Public and Media Relations and corporate restructuring. In his work with Mitsui he has lead the restructuring of business units as well as the sale and dissolution of others. He has lead and actively participated in several M&A actions throughout his career. Mr. Crawford received his J.D. from Albany Law School in 1996 and a degree from the University of Massachusetts in Psychology and Economics and holds the series 7, 79 & 63 securities licenses.
