Mr. Carpenter is a founder and Senior Managing Director of Riverside Management Group (RMG). Most recently Mr. Carpenter has been advising, and formed an RMG joint venture, with a leading, global financial institution to pursue investments in the metals and recycling industries. Mr. Carpenter led RMG's successful effort in the operational restructuring and sale of Horsehead Industries ("NASD: ZINC") operating assets serving as CEO and Director for two years. Horsehead is the largest recycler in the world of the steel industry's Electric Arc Furnace Dust and the largest producer of zinc in the United States. As Senior Managing Director of RMG, Mr. Carpenter has overseen approximately 50 transactions and financings and sits on the board of iCueTV an interactive media company. Mr. Carpenter received a BS in communications from Boston University in 1989 and holds the series 24, 82 & 63 securities licenses.
