Jerry Lee Mr. Lee is a retired partner of Ernst & Young. From 1979 to 1989 he was the Managing Partner of the Philadelphia area. From 1990 until his retirement in 1995 he was a member of the firm’s worldwide multinational partner group. Mr. Lee has extensive merger and acquisition and international experience. Mr. Lee currently serves as a Director of CYBEX International (AMEX), eResearch (NASDAQ), PetroChem International and Executive Health Group.
