Harry N. Walters Mr. Walters is a General Partner with Lafayette Equity Fund in Washington. D.C. Mr. Walters has served as a director of 12 corporations and as Chairman of the Board of eight. From 1994 to 1996, he was Chief Executive Officer of DHC Holdings, a company established to facilitate and finance major acquisitions. Prior to that, Mr. Walters was President and Chief Executive Officer of Great Lakes Carbon Corp., a $500 million international manufacturer of carbon-based and artificial graphite industrial products. In addition to his work in the private sector, Mr. Walters had a lengthy career in public service, serving in the Reagan Administration as Assistant Secretary of the Army and as Administrator of Veterans Affairs. Harry is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
